Program Description:

From damaged to dynamic! Learn the skills necessary to bring that automobile back to showroom condition. Students will learn the skills necessary to use frame machines, spray guns, and state-of-the-art techniques like adhesive panel replacement, paint blending, and specialty paintwork like striping and flaming. Basics in welding, wiring, front end alignment, and basic mechanics will also be covered. Through their affiliations with national paint companies and curriculum developers, students will have the opportunity to attend seminars and workshops.

Spray Gun Open, Paint, Sand Paper ID, Color Materials, Color Mixing Formulas, Non-Structure Steel, Structured Steel, Body, Measurement, Estimating, Metal Straightening, Frame Repair, Aluminum Repair, Welding, Gas Welding, GMA Welding Steel, FMA Welding Aluminum, Panel Repairs, Panel Replace Steel, Panel Repair Aluminum, Tools & Equipment, Hazardous Waste, Personal Safety, Refinish Safety

 

Certifications: 

ASE (Automotive Service Excellence)

I-CAR Platinum ProLevel 1: Refinishing an/or Nonstructural Technician
